This integrated rotational mold is independently manufactured by Sunmore Roto. The mold cavity features thickened carbon steel plate with precision internal polishing, matched with a full-surround all-welded heavy custom carbon steel frame and evenly distributed heavy-duty quick release lock clamps. The inner cavity forms vertical wave-shaped industrial plastic water storage tanks in one rotomolding process, with uniform internal heating delivering smooth tank surfaces and consistent wall thickness. We upgraded our old iron molds to these optimized aluminum rotational molds for vertical cylindrical water tanks. After engineering optimization, the mold heating uniformity is greatly improved, cooling time is shortened by nearly a quarter.
