The manufacturer can adjust mold dimension flexibly per our drawings, and the aluminum alloy with thickened structure delivers outstanding durability after months of uninterrupted cyclic high-temperature production. We purchased a full set of integrated aluminum rotomold for rectangular HDPE water tanks. The space-saving integrated design greatly reduces our workshop placement area compared with split molds we used before. Mold surface finish is fine, finished square tanks have uniform wall thickness with no bubbles or deformation during rotomolding. Technical team helped us complete system docking quickly, stable quality for mass production, will add new tank size molds next year.
