We purchased several sets of 0.3T steel molds to produce small industrial liquid storage drums for chemical factories. The mold’s structural design realizes excellent stable wall thickness control, finished liquid containers have no thin spot or partial bulging. Constant product quality cuts our waste rate significantly, we will add new orders to expand production lines soon.
We order custom-size aluminum roto molds for diversified plastic containers including water tanks and industrial bins. The manufacturer can adjust mold dimension flexibly per our drawings, and the aluminum alloy with thickened structure delivers outstanding durability after months of uninterrupted cyclic high-temperature production. Mold deformation is not observed, so we keep placing repeat orders for new product development.
We purchased a full set of integrated aluminum rotomold for rectangular HDPE water tanks. The space-saving integrated design greatly reduces our workshop placement area compared with split molds we used before. Mold surface finish is fine, finished square tanks have uniform wall thickness with no bubbles or deformation during rotomolding. Technical team helped us complete system docking quickly, stable quality for mass production, will add new tank size molds next year.
