This Sunmore OEM insulated coffee bucket rotomolding mold is manufactured from cast aluminium and fitted with a heavy duty steel frame and toggle clamps. It is purpose-built for rotational molding machines producing plastic insulated coffee buckets. We support OEM customization of bucket capacity, outer contour, wall thickness, opening structure and internal insulation structure based on customer drawings or samples. Finished buckets deliver uniform wall thickness, reliable heat preservation and dependable sealing performance, making them suitable for coffee factories, beverage workshops and catering cold chain logistics.

Provide 2D/3D drawings, physical samples or functional requirements, and we can adjust bucket capacity, outer contour, wall thickness and spout structure, as well as engrave your logo on the mold cavity. Our engineering team will confirm the 3D design before mold fabrication.
