SUNMORE ROTO Custom Rotomolding Iron Agricultural Seeding Hopper Mould is a professional rotational molding tool independently designed and manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory. This agricultural seeding hopper mould adopts split steel plate welded structure with heavy-duty external support frame. It is specially matched with bi-axial shuttle rotomolding machines for mass production of integrated seamless PE plastic seeding hoppers, agricultural seed storage boxes and farming feeding containers.
We provide full-size customized service according to customers' requirements on hopper volume, upper outline, tapered bottom shape and discharge outlet structure. The mould inner cavity can be finely machined and polished as required to ensure smooth surface of finished plastic hoppers. Reinforced steel support frames are welded outside the mould to reduce deformation during long-term high-temperature cyclic rotational molding.
