SUNMORE ROTO Custom Multi-Cavity Rotomolding Aluminum Pickleball Mould is a high-efficiency circular multi-cavity rotational molding tool independently designed and manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory. This circular split aluminum pickleball mould features thick aluminum alloy plate welding structure with multiple spherical cavities arranged in circular layout and quick toggle clamps. It is specially matched with bi-axial shuttle rotomolding machines for mass production of seamless hollow PE pickleballs for outdoor sports.
We provide full customization service according to customer requirements on ball diameter, surface hole design, surface texture and the number of spherical cavities. The spherical inner cavity is finely polished to ensure uniform wall thickness, good roundness and smooth surface of finished pickleballs. The reinforced circular mould base effectively reduces thermal deformation during long-time repeated high-temperature rotation. Split quick-opening design greatly improves demoulding efficiency.
