SUNMORE ROTO OEM Custom Vertical Rotomolded Plastic Water Tank is an integral seamless rotomolded water tank manufactured by Sunmore Roto. It uses thickened industrial-grade LLDPE raw material with one-time rotational molding without any welding seams. The tank body features multi-layer circumferential reinforcing ribs for enhanced compression resistance and includes anti-UV black masterbatch to block sunlight and inhibit algae growth. This vertical PE water tank offers large capacity, corrosion resistance, and long service life, making it ideal for agricultural irrigation, factory circulating water storage, rainwater collection, environmental sewage storage, livestock breeding water supply, and other industrial & agricultural liquid storage applications. Full OEM customization is available for tank height, diameter, wall thickness, inlet/outlet hole positions, hole diameters, and internal rib layout.

Can the tank volume, size and hole positions be fully customized?

Yes, we provide full OEM customization service. We can adjust the tank's height, diameter, wall thickness, and set the quantity, position and thread standard of inlet, outlet, overflow and drain holes according to your actual factory or farm installation space and pipeline design.

Is the black tank able to stop algae growing in the stored water?

The tank is blended with anti-UV black masterbatch, which fully blocks ultraviolet and visible light. Without light, algae and moss cannot reproduce inside the tank, reducing cleaning frequency effectively.

Can this PE water tank store weak acid and alkali industrial wastewater?

Thick industrial LLDPE material has excellent corrosion resistance to most weak acid, weak alkali and salt liquid. It is suitable for temporary storage of factory circulating wastewater and farm chemical irrigation water, not applicable for strong corrosive concentrated chemical liquid.
