   One-piece thick cast aluminum inner cavity realizes balanced heat distribution in the rotomolding oven, eliminating local overheating or incomplete melting problems. The molded plastic water tank has flat surface without pits, and demoulding is smooth without adhesion. CNC precision polishing is processed on the cavity to reduce later finishing procedures of finished tanks.
2. Full Welded Surrounding Heavy Steel Frame, High Rigidity Anti-Deformation Structure
   
   
   The outer surrounding support frame is fully penetrated welded with thick carbon steel plates and profiles, which can evenly bear high-speed rotary load of rotomolding machines. It avoids mold shaking, bending and deformation under long-time continuous high-temperature production, greatly extending mold service life.
3. Multi-Set Heavy Steel Quick Release Latches, Improve Production Cycle Efficiency
   
   
   Multiple heavy-duty steel quick lock handles are evenly distributed on mold parting surface. Operators can lock and open the mold rapidly without auxiliary tools, shortening feeding, cooling and demolding time, and raising daily output of plastic water tanks.
