The OEM One-Piece Rotational Molding Plastic Cooler Box is an integrated seamless rotomolded insulated cooler independently produced by SUNMORE professional rotomolding factory. The entire cooler features a thickened one-piece HDPE rotational molding structure, equipped with heavy-duty metal portable handle and double elastic buckle sealing system. Filled with high-density polyurethane insulation layer inside the interlayer, it achieves ultra-long cold retention performance. This ice cooler is widely used for beach trips, family picnics, self-driving travel, outdoor fishing, seafood fresh keeping and short-distance cold chain transportation. The cooler box is integrally rotomolded without splicing seams, thick double-layer hollow wall structure effectively prevents water seepage and ice water leakage. All edges adopt full circular arc transition without sharp burrs, scratch-resistant and drop-resistant for outdoor frequent carrying.
High-Density PU Foam Interlayer, Super Long Cold Preservation Time
The interlayer is fully filled with high-density polyurethane thermal insulation foam, which effectively isolates internal and external temperature exchange.
