Product Overview

Custom Rotomolding Steel Mold Square PE Water Storage Tank Mould is custom-made carbon steel rotational mold independently produced by Sunmore factory. It is specially used for one-piece rotomolding of square polyethylene water storage tanks. Compared with aluminum rotomold, this steel mould features low production cost and strong structural rigidity, suitable for long-term mass production of square PE water tanks in industrial and civil fields.

Cause

In actual tank production, conventional water tank molds have many drawbacks:

1.Uneven die processing leads to inconsistent tank wall thickness

2.Poor mold welding quality causes mold deformation after repeated heating

3.Unreasonable split structure brings troubles to demolding and assembly

4.Ordinary thin steel mold is easy to wear and scrap after frequent rotational molding production
