This heavy-duty tapered vertical iron rotational mold is specially developed for mass production of hollow tapered plastic liquid storage containers used in agriculture, civil rainwater collection, and environmental sewage treatment.
Product Overview
The SUNMORE ROTO Heavy Duty Tapered Water Tank Rotomolding Mould features a thick high-density cast iron/cast steel mold cavity with stable and uniform thermal conductivity. During the heating cycle of shuttle rotomolding machines, heat circulates evenly inside the cavity, ensuring consistent wall thickness of finished tapered plastic liquid vessels while eliminating common molding defects such as air bubbles, cold flow lines, sink marks, and uneven wall thickness.
A surround integrated carbon steel lifting support frame is welded around the mold body, featuring multi-side support legs and reserved standard lifting lugs for overhead crane hoisting. This provides rigid stable bearing force during static placement and heating operation. Multiple heavy-duty toggle quick clamps are evenly arranged along the full circular parting line for rapid locking before heating production and fast opening after cooling demoulding.
All inner and outer surfaces feature high-temperature resistant anti-rust spraying coating that withstands long-term repeated high-temperature circulation inside heating ovens. The coating resists oxidation and deformation, while residual PE plastic scraps can be easily cleaned after each production batch.
