Product Overview

This heavy-duty all-carbon steel rotational mold is independently produced by SUNMORE ROTO. The mold cavity features thickened carbon steel plate with full penetration seamless welding, matched with an integral circular base support frame and multiple heavy steel quick-release lock latches.

Specifically developed for mass production of large vertical LLDPE plastic water storage tanks, this mold is widely used for manufacturing domestic water tanks, industrial chemical liquid storage tanks, agricultural irrigation water towers, and underground vertical water containers. Full OEM drawing customization service is supported.
