We purchased batches of 0.2T aluminum molds to produce small plastic tanks for farms and garden irrigation across America’s Midwest. Excellent stable wall thickness control avoids partial thin wall or water leakage of finished agricultural tanks. Aluminum conducts heat fast and shortens molding cycle, we have made repeat orders for local agricultural distributors.
We upgraded our old iron molds to these optimized aluminum rotational molds for vertical cylindrical water tanks. After engineering optimization, the mold heating uniformity is greatly improved, cooling time is shortened by nearly a quarter. Cylindrical tank wall thickness is even, no partial thin wall during rotomolding. Product yield increased obviously, we will purchase molds for more tank volumes later.
