Product Overview

SUNMORE ROTO OEM Custom Vertical Cast Steel Water Tank Rotomolding Mould is a heavy-duty vertical cast steel rotational mold designed and manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory. This specialized water tank rotomold is engineered for mass production of hollow vertical plastic storage containers, including rainwater collection tanks, domestic water storage barrels, sewage septic tanks, industrial chemical liquid storage vessels, and agricultural fertilizer mixing tanks.

The mold cavity features thickened high-density cast steel with uniform and stable thermal conductivity. During the heating cycle of rotomolding equipment, heat distributes evenly inside the cavity, ensuring consistent wall thickness of finished plastic tanks and eliminating common molding defects such as air bubbles, cold flow lines, sink marks, and uneven wall thickness.

A circular radial spoke carbon steel lifting frame is integrally welded around the mold opening edge. This multi-radial spoke structure evenly disperses the weight of the large vertical mold to maintain stable support during heating and static placement, while standard lifting lugs are reserved on the outer ring for overhead crane hoisting. Heavy-duty toggle quick clamps are evenly arranged along the full circular parting surface to enable rapid locking before production and fast opening after cooling demoulding.

All inner and outer surfaces of the cast steel mold are sprayed with high-temperature resistant anti-rust coating, which withstands long-term repeated high-temperature circulation inside heating ovens, resists oxidation and deformation, and allows easy cleaning of residual plastic raw materials after batch production.

We provide full drawing OEM customization service. Customers can adjust tank total volume, barrel height, top and bottom caliber, manhole size, inlet/outlet pipe port layout, mold wall thickness, and radial spoke lifting frame dimension according to water tank design drawings. This vertical mold has wide compatibility with all mainstream bi-axial shuttle rotational molding equipment and supports customized internal reinforcing rib structure and external embossed logo for finished plastic tanks.
