SUNMORE ROTO OEM Custom Cast Steel Rotomolded Blower Housing Mould, Plastic Fan Shell Rotational Mold With Square Integrated Lifting Frame & Quick Toggle Clamps is a professional cast steel rotational mold independently developed and manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory, specially used for mass production of hollow anti-corrosion plastic blower fan shells for industrial ventilation equipment.

This blower housing rotomold adopts thickened cast steel cavity with uniform and stable heat conduction. During the heating cycle of rotomolding equipment, heat spreads evenly inside the cavity to ensure consistent wall thickness of finished plastic fan shells, effectively eliminate molding defects such as bubbles, cold marks and sink marks. A square integral steel lifting frame is welded around the mold body, built-in lifting lugs for overhead crane hoisting, and the square frame provides stable supporting force when the mold is placed on shuttle rotomolding machines. Multiple heavy-duty toggle quick clamps are evenly arranged on the parting surface to realize rapid locking before production and fast opening after cooling demoulding. All inner and outer surfaces of the cast steel mold are treated with high-temperature resistant anti-rust coating, resisting long-term repeated high-temperature circulation inside heating ovens, hard to oxidize and deform, and residual plastic raw materials can be cleaned easily after batch production.
