Product Overview

SUNMORE ROTO OEM Custom Ribbed Vertical Water Tank Rotomolding Iron Mould is a heavy vertical cast steel rotational mold independently manufactured by SUNMORE ROTO factory. This specialized ribbed water tank rotomold is designed for mass production of rib-reinforced hollow vertical plastic storage tanks, widely used for domestic rainwater collection, agricultural liquid storage, environmental sewage sedimentation, and industrial chemical liquid containment.

The mold cavity features thickened high-density cast steel with stable uniform heat conduction. Heat distributes evenly during rotomolding heating cycles, ensuring consistent wall thickness and eliminating typical molding defects. Concave rib forming grooves are pre-machined inside the cavity to directly mold outer reinforcing ribs, improving structural strength. A radial spoke carbon steel support frame is integrally welded at the mold bottom for stable bearing and overhead crane hoisting.

Heavy-duty toggle quick clamps are evenly arranged along the full circular parting surface for fast locking and opening. All surfaces are coated with high-temperature resistant anti-rust spraying coating, resisting long-term repeated high-temperature circulation and enabling easy cleaning after production.
