Heavy-duty thick welded steel rotational mold for industrial PE plastic water storage tank manufacturing, designed and produced by SUNMORE ROTO.

Product Overview

This heavy-duty all-steel rotational mold features an integrally processed thick carbon steel plate cavity with full seamless welding. Equipped with surrounding reinforced steel frame and quick release locking handles, it's specially developed for mass production of various PE plastic water storage tanks including industrial, agricultural, domestic underground, and fire water tanks. All dimensions, inner rib structures, manhole positions, and inlet/outlet reserved positions can be fully OEM customized according to customer requirements.

Excellent custom fuel tank rotational mould for industrial production. Good thermal conductivity greatly shortens rotomolding cycle and reduces raw material waste. The inner surface is smoothly polished, no burr on finished tank surface. Satisfied with their ODM design service.
