We customized dragon head rotomold for our amusement park decorative products. The mold has exquisite carved inner details, finished plastic dragon head comes with clear texture and smooth surface. They revised the mold details quickly according to our design drawing, delivery kept on time.
We upgraded our old iron molds to these optimized aluminum rotational molds for vertical cylindrical water tanks. After engineering optimization, the mold heating uniformity is greatly improved, cooling time is shortened by nearly a quarter. Cylindrical tank wall thickness is even, no partial thin wall during rotomolding. Product yield increased obviously, we will purchase molds for more tank volumes later.
Our company focuses on offshore small fishing vessels made from LLDPE, we customized exclusive rotomold via their custom boat design service. The technical team provides 3D drawing confirmation before mold production, all design revisions are free within agreed scope. Test boats pass Australia marine safety inspection successfully, production cost is controlled reasonably compared with local mold makers. Long-term cooperation contract is under negotiation now.
