Our company supports the national cross-basin water transfer project of Brazil with large plastic storage tanks. Custom ultra-large rotational molds greatly improve production efficiency compared with old split iron molds. Wall thickness of finished tanks is uniform, the reject rate is cut down obviously, which helps us smoothly finish government order delivery.
We adopt this 3T industrial rotomolding mold to produce large tanks for factory continuous water supply system. The aluminum mold has outstanding thermal uniformity, finished tanks own consistent wall thickness without sink mark. It can run uninterrupted round-the-clock production, greatly improving our daily output of industrial water storage containers.
We purchased this 20-ton aluminum rotomold for oversized chemical storage tanks used in municipal critical infrastructure projects. After field commissioning, the optimized integral aluminum structure ensures uniform heat distribution across the huge mold body. The finished ultra-large tanks have consistent wall thickness without sagging or deformation. It perfectly meets the strict tank standard of US municipal infrastructure, and we plan to order another two sets for new government projects.
