Product Overview

The SUNMORE Large Length Integral Welded Aluminum Rotomold Boat Mold is an extra long streamline aluminum alloy rotomolding mold independently manufactured by our rotomold factory. Specially designed for mass production of long-size HDPE aquaculture work boats, river fishing boats and large water plastic vessels.

The whole mold adopts thick industrial aluminum plate full argon arc welding integral forming, equipped with overall reinforced outer frame structure to resist high-temperature rotary torsion force and avoid long-cycle production deformation. The inner cavity undergoes precise mirror polishing treatment, ensuring demolded plastic boat hulls feature smooth surfaces without burrs and uneven welding lines.
